Shipping Information
All orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders received before 12 noon are shipped the same afternoon.
Curino Coffee sends all orders via Australia Parcel Post from our warehouse each weekday afternoon.
You will receive tracking advice from Australia Post once your order has been dispatched (if you included your email address with your order).
Our expected delivery times chart below tells you when you can expect your order to arrive.

Please note all prices on this website are in ‘AUD’ unless stated otherwise.
Domestic Orders
Standard Shipping: 0-3kg - $10 flat rate/ 3-20kg - $15 flate rate
Express Shipping: 0-3kg - $15 flat rate/ 3-20kg - $30 flate rate
FREE Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $100.
International Orders
Standard Shipping: 0-3kg - $20 flat rate/ 3-20kg - $40 flat rate
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES
Please note that International (including New Zealand) orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country.
This is normally based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. These taxes are out of our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. Ringers Western will not mark your package as a “sample” or “gift“ to avoid these taxes.
Delivery times are dependent on third party suppliers Australia Post. Factors outside of Curino Coffee's control include, but are not limited to weather, customs processing times and unforeseeable circumstances - these may cause delays on expected delivery times.

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
